Andrew Skola

Founder + Managing Partner

Andrew brings deep business experience, a gift for language, and a track record of developing pragmatic solutions across some of the most sensitive brand and business challenges.

He's advised and collaborated with executives at Fortune 100 companies, private equity firms, merging healthcare giants, national nonprofits, and innovative tech startups. He's presented to clients in New York skyscrapers, Jacksonville office parks, Dallas corporate headquarters, Nashville hospitals, and universities along the Boston and Cambridge sides of the Charles River. He's conducted research interviews with scientists in Israel, engineers in Saudi Arabia, construction foremen on the Texas Gulf Coast, cardiologists in Phoenix, and advocates for injured veterans in Washington, D.C. He's hired and directed copywriters, creative directors, strategists, account directors, brand managers, media analysts, and market research teams.

Andrew earned an MA in American Studies with a focus in literature from Purdue University, unpacking the brand of America across Bishop, Crane, Hughes and Stafford, among other authors. He began his career (without realizing it) while earning a BA in English at The George Washington University, serving as a writing tutor and helping students untangle their academic intent into clear thinking and the strong writing that follows. He also earned a few dollars and learned a few lessons about talking with people from all walks of life while pumping gas, waiting tables, and running a landscape installation crew.
